Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania using UPS delivery services:
UPS Express: estimated delivery time 1–3 business days
UPS Standard: estimated delivery time 5–7 business days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees are not included in the product price. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to your local customs authorities upon delivery.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
You always have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days.
If the product did not suit you, you can exchange it for another product(s) or return it and we will refund your money. Let us know by email info@delicatu.lt about the return no later than within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of delivery of the item.
In the case of a return or exchange, the item must be unworn and undamaged, with the original tags intact/undamaged, in the same package as the buyer received.
RETURNS BY REGISTERED MAIL, MAIL OR COURIER. When sending it to us, indicate the order number and write why you want to return the product and your account number, where to return the money, or write the product codes and sizes to which you want to exchange.
Returns/exchanges/shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
